Workshop – Building Boundaries with Love

In this interactive workshop, we’ll come together as a community to explore what it truly means to set boundaries with compassion and clarity. Through a powerful guided meditation and open group discussion, you’ll be invited to reflect on your personal space, identify what supports your peace, and connect with others on the same journey.
We’ll imagine our lives as sacred islands—choosing who gets to come ashore and when—and explore how boundaries aren’t about controlling others, but about honoring ourselves. Together, we’ll practice what it means to love others and protect our energy.
This heart-led session will be grounded in truth, connection, and self-respect.
