In this interactive workshop, we came together as a community to explore what it truly meant to set boundaries with compassion and clarity. Through a powerful guided meditation and open group discussion, participants were invited to reflect on their personal space, identify what supported their peace, and connect with others on the same journey.
We imagined our lives as sacred islands—choosing who got to come ashore and when—and explored how boundaries weren’t about controlling others, but about honoring ourselves. Together, we practiced what it meant to love others while protecting our energy.
This heart-led session was grounded in truth, connection, and self-respect.
