Participant Agreement

Before embarking on your first breathwork journey with Veterans Breath Guide, please read and acknowledge the following agreement:

Medical Consultation:

I acknowledge that I have consulted with my medical care team prior to participating in this breathwork journey to ensure it is safe for me to engage in activated breathing methods.

Assumption of Risk:

I understand that participating in breathwork sessions carries certain risks, including but not limited to physical and emotional discomfort. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may result from my participation.

Release of Liability:

I acknowledge that Veterans Breath Guide, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of my participation in these breathwork journeys. I hereby release and discharge Veterans Breath Guide from any and all claims or liability arising from my participation.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. I am fully aware of the risks and responsibilities involved in participating in breathwork practices and choose to proceed at my own risk.
